During peak times, Budbee cannot guarantee that your chosen box will be available.
If your Box is full, Budbee will contact you providing three options:
1. Wait until the selected locker becomes available
2. Change to another locker of your choice
3. Upgrade your locker delivery to a home delivery. Make sure to provide the correct address and postal code if you choose this option.

You will receive your tracking number and a link to our Tracking Portal in your shipping confirmation. Simply click on the link to view the up to date tracking for your order. After your order has been dispatched, it usually takes 24 hours for the first scan to appear.
Alternatively, you can go to 'My Orders' on in your NA-KD account and find a tracking link for the order you're expecting.
In the unfortunate event that we would be unable to ship one of the ordered items, this will be stated in your shipping confirmation email and you will be automatically be refunded for the non-shipped item(s).Â
If you have chosen home delivery, the carrier might have tried to deliver your order whilst you were not there. In that case, the carrier should leave a delivery note stating where you can pick it up (usually your local post office) or how you can re-schedule a delivery. Sometimes there are multiple delivery attempts, unless you have signed an agreement about delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Delivery costs and any other costs which might apply will be charged in addition and are clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Please note, if you return your full order, you will not be refunded shipping charges as these are fixed cost as part of duties and taxes.
Yes, you can! You can select your preferred Service Point or Box for your delivery while in the checkout.
Please note that under periods of high pressure, the chosen service point might be full and your order will be delivered to a different service point in your area.
