Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with all shipping information.
You can also track it via our Tracking Portal. There you can find details regarding delivery of your package by entering your email address and zip code or with your tracking number.
Please keep in mind that it might take 24-48 hours from the moment your parcel is shipped for tracking information to be updated.
We can add MOST discount codes if your order hasn't been shipped yet! Kindly contact us with your order number and the discount code you wish to add to your order. We will happily do it for you as long as the code is still valid and applicable to the items you've purchased.
Please note, this is only possible for codes with a % to be taken off.
Sadly, no. Once your order is placed and imported to our system, we have no ability to edit it or make any changes for you.
We are really quick at processing your order and are therefore unable to cancel it before shipping. However, you are always more than welcome to return your order to us if you do not wish to keep it.
You will automatically receive your order confirmation by e-mail within 24 hours. If you are missing an order confirmation, please check your spam folder or other folders with special offers. Some mailbox providers (incl. Gmail) have enabled filters that move newsletters into dedicated folders.
If you were logged in to your account when you placed your order you can always go to My Account and view your orders.
If you have not received your order confirmation within this time frame you are more than welcome to contact us for further help!
We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s). However, you can always return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish for instead.
If you bought an item with a discount code and wish to re-order it in a different size, we can re-apply the discount code for you. Just get in touch and provide us with the order number of the original item as well as the new one.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Delivery costs and any other costs which might apply will be charged in addition and are clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Please note, if you return your full order, you will not be refunded shipping charges as these are fixed cost as part of duties and taxes.
