Shop as usual - put the item in your basket and check out Buying pre-loved is just as easy as buying new products. Select size and condition. Add to bag. Check out as usual. Pre-loved items can exist in two conditions, “As new” and “Gently used”.

Just list it and ship it - we’ll handle the rest.

Log in to your NA‑KD account and click on My Wardrobe in your profile - all your items are listed here. 
Under “My Wardrobe” you will see all items you’ve bought at NA-KD.com in the past.

Switch the toggle to set an item as ‘for sale’. Assess and select the item’s condition. We accept two conditions: Good as new The buyer shouldn’t be able to tell the difference between a pre-loved item and a completely new item. There are no signs of wear - the item looks like it did when you received it from us in the first place. The item itself can be old, but it should be in a new or just like new condition. 
It has a tag or has only been worn once or twice. 
The fabric looks new (is not bleached or damaged). Gently used The buyer might be able to tell that this item is pre-loved, but it’s still in very good condition. Never sell anything that you wouldn’t consider buying yourself. The item has been worn/washed a maximum of 10 times The fabric looks new (is not bleached)

Absolutely no holes, damages or smell If you change your mind, just switch back the toggle to unlist an item. Note: You can’t sell swimwear, lingerie, beauty products, gift cards, face masks, headphones, jewellery, or sportswear.

Accept the sale when you are notified that you have a buyer You need to accept the sale within the given time frame in order to complete the sale. If you do not accept on time, we'll pass on the sale to another seller who has the same item for sale. We only select one seller at a time. Once you accept (knowing that you can ship the item within the given time frame), we will provide you with shipping instructions.

Your store credit is transferred to your account once your package has been delivered. How to use store credit? Store credit can be used to buy products at NA‑KD.com. Store credits are valid for 2 years from the date they are earned. What’s your total? You can see your total store credit in My wardrobe when logged in to your account or in the checkout. Store credit can’t be transferred to another user or exchanged for money.
